we use ether alot for tractor tires, but we don't spray it directly on the lighter, i spray a little on the outside of the tire and it trails inside and sets the bead.

Setting the bead like that is usually done with ether. Starter fluid and carb n choke cleaner will work in a pinch. Or just use a bead lock and you won't need to do shit like that when you out on the trails.

it works, and very well, but it wont inflate it, just the burst pressure needed to get it back on the bead. you still have to inflate to pressure.
